Gutter Work on Kennington's Georgian Terraces
Kennington's Georgian and Victorian terraces, many around garden squares near the Oval, typically carry older cast-iron or cast-iron-profile guttering that needs periodic resealing and bracket work rather than a full replacement. Done right, it can be kept running for years yet.
Kennington Gutter Services
- Full gutter clean: clearing leaves, moss and debris, then checking downpipes actually flow
- Gutter repairs: resealing leaking joints, refitting loose brackets, swapping out damaged sections
- New guttering and replacement runs: uPVC, aluminium, or a cast-iron-matched profile where needed
- Ongoing maintenance contracts for landlords and commercial properties, invoiced separately where a run is shared
A Gutter Cleaning Quote in Kennington Within 45 Minutes

Tell us whether it's a Georgian terrace, a flat in a conversion or a newer block, how many storeys, and whether the house is on one of the squares. The quote is free, there is no call-out fee, and the price is confirmed before any work starts.
What a Gutter Clean in Kennington Includes

- Before and after photos, so you can see the result from the ground
Georgian Squares Near the Oval
Cleaver Square, Kennington Park Road and the streets around the Oval have a lot of late Georgian and early Victorian terraces, many in conservation areas. The gutters here are often behind a parapet, with old downpipes running down the front, and they block quietly until a top-floor ceiling stains. We clear the parapet gutter and its outlet, reseal failing joints, and repair what's there where we can.
